I came across a site that featured those annoying movie trailers, but this time I was intrigued. The trailer playing was for The Soloist. Admirer of classical music I wanted to learn more about the characters in the movie based on a true story. So I looked up Steve Lopez and Nathaniel Ayers and found the columns written by Lopez about Ayers remarkable. I'm going to the library to check out The Soloist: A Lost Dream, an Unlikely Friendship, and the Redemptive Power of Music, written by Steve.
